Solution:

Area of circle= 22/7 × r ^2

140=22/7×r^2

r^2=140×7/22

r^2= 980/22

r^2=44.54

r =6.67

Now ,

circumference of circle=2×22/7×6.67

= 41.88

Therefore,radius of circle is 6.67 m while length of circumference of circle is 41.88 m.
