area of circle = (22*r*r)/7

here, = 15400 = (22*r*r)/7

15400 *7 =22*r^2

107,800/22 = r^2

4900= r^2

70cm = radius

then,

circumference of the circle= 2(22*r)/7

here, circumference of then circle = 2(22*70)/7  = 2*22*10

now, circumference of the circle = 44*10 =440cm
