The area of a circle is 616M square. Find the cost of fencing this circular ground at the rate of 60rupees per metre.

Area of circle = 616 square meter

=> 22/7 * r * r = 616

=> r^2 = 616 * 7 /22

=> r^2 = 196

=> r = √196

=> r = 14 meter.

Now, Perimeter of circle = 2 * 22/7 * 14

                                         = 88 meter

Hence, cost of fencing 88 meter = 88 * 60 = 5280 Rs.
