ok let's see
thanks for asking
SOLUTION:
LET THE AREA BE X
AND RADIUS R
SO
πR^2=X
IF THE AREA IS INCREASED BY 22 THEN RADIUS IS INCREASED BY 1
THEN
X+22=π (R+1)^2
X+22=π(R^2+1+2R)
X+22=πR^2+π+2πR
AS X=πR^2
πR^2+22=πR^2+π+2πR
π{1+2R}=22
PUTTING π= 22/7
WE GET
1+2R=22×(7/22)
1+2R=7
2R=6
R=3
SO
ORIGINAL RADIUS OF THE CIRCLE= 3 UNIT
