The area of a circle is square of it's radius multiplied by 22/7.

The area of this ring will be difference between the area of a circle with diameter of 38mm (radius 19mm) and area of a circle with diameter of 32mm (radius 16mm).

(19*19*22/7) - (16*16*22*7) = 1134.57 - 804.57 = 330

So the area of one side of this ring will be 330 sq.mm.

It is obvious that the other side of the ring will also have area of 330 sq.mm.

We do not know the thickness of this ring, so we can not calculate the area of the inner surface and outer surface of the ring.
