$r^{2}$=7/22*154=7*7
∴r=7m
circumference of the field=2πr=2*22/7*7=44m
since she has to jog 2 rounds=2*44=88m=she has to jog
she takes 1 hour for jogging 5000m
the time taken=88/5000*60=1.056min
