area=1/2×h(a+b)

perpendicular distance= height=24

a & b are two parallel sides

let's a is 5x

let's b is 3x

area=1440msq

1440m=1/2*24(5x+3x)

1440m= 1/2*24(8x)

1440=96x

1440/96=x

x=15

a=5x=5(15)=75

b=3x=3(15)=45

longest side is a=75
smallest side is b=45
