The area of a parallelogram and square are the same. The perimeter of the square is 84 cm and the
base of the parallelogram is 7 cm, find the height of the parallelogram​

Answer:

perimeter of square=84 cm

a=side of square

perimeter of square =4a

4a=84

a=21cm

area of square=a×a=21×21=441 cm squqre

since area of parallelogram and square are same

area of parallelogram=base×height

Here, base=7cm

7×height=441

height=441/7=63cm
