Base =x, then altitude = 2x
Now
Area of //gm = B × H
2x × x =2x^2
2x^2=388
x^2=196
Hence x = 14= base then altitude = 2×14=28

2x^2 = 388
x^2 = 388/2
x^2= 194
x = √194
x = 13.9 approx
base = 13.9m
altitude 13.9 × 2
=27.8m
