The area of a paralleogram is 216 sq. cm and the base is 6 times the height . Find the parallelograms height.​

Answer:

let height be X

then base = 6X

area of parallelogram = base x height

216 = 6X x X

216÷6 = X square

36 = X square

X = 6

therefore height is 6cm
