5600 cm 2 is area ( 1 decimeter =10 cm)
area of parallelogram is l ×b
70 × b = 5600
b = 5600 ÷70
b = 80 cm

Area of Parallelogram
 = b \times h
 = > 5600 {cm}^{2} = b \times 70cm (1 {dm}^{2} = 100 {cm}^{2}) \\ = > b = \frac{5600}{70} \\ = > b = 80cm.

Hope this will help you.
