Here area of quadrilateral given 1250 m²

Let the length of perpendiculars be 2x and 3x (ratio is 2:3)

Length of diagonal = 50 m

We know that

Area of Quadrilateral = 1/2(sum of perpendiculars on diagonal) × diagonal

∴ 1250 = 1/2( 2x + 3x ) × 50

1250/50 = (1/2) × 5x

50x = 50x

x = 10

∴ Length of perpendiculars

2x = 20 m and 3x = 30 m
