Answer:

640m

Step-by-step explanation:

2.5 hectares = 25000 sq m

Let the sides be 3x and 2x

.: Area = 3x * 2x

 25000 = 6x^{2}

  x^{2} = 25000/6 = 4116.67

.: x = 64

Hence, the sides are => 3x = 3 * 64 = 192

                                        2x = 2 * 64 = 128

Perimeter = 2(l+b) = 2(128 + 192) = 2 * 320 = 640m

.: Perimeter of the field = 640m

If you want in km

first convert 2.5 hectare into km²

which is 0.025km²

now we can say 3x+2x=0.025

5x=0.025

x=0.025/5

x=0.005

so

First side -> 3x= 3*0.005=0.015km or 1.5m

Second side-> 2x*0.005=0.010km or 1m

Perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

which is 2(1.5+5)

= 2*2.5

=5 meters
