area = length × breath

1560= L× 24
1560÷24 = L
L = 65 cm

perimeter = 2(L+B)
L= 0.65m
B=0.24m

2×(0.65+0.24)
1.78m^2

cost of fencing = 22.50 per meter

cost of fencing 1.78m^2 =

22.50×1.78
40.50 ruppees

Hi there !
_______________________

Given :

Length of rectangular park = 24m

Area of rectangular park = 1560 cm² = 0.156 m²

Solution :

Let the length of the rectangular Park be x cm.

We know that ;

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

⇒ 0.156 = 24 × x

⇒ 24x = 0.156

⇒ x = 0.156 / 24

⇒ x = 0.0065 m.

Length of the rectangular park = 0.0065m.

Now,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l + b )

⇒ 2 ( 0.0065 + 24 )

⇒ 2 × 24.0065

⇒ 48.013 m

Now,

Cost of fencing it at ₹22.50 per metre .

⇒ ₹ ( 22.50 × 48.013 )

⇒ ₹ 1080. 29

Hence, the cost of fencing is ₹ 1080.29
