=> rectangles length,l=x+5
rectangles breadth,b=x-3,
now,
area of square = area of rectangle
=> (x)(x) = (l)(b)
x^2=(x+5)(x-3)
x^2=x^2 - 3x +5x -15
=> 2x=15
x=15/2 ..........(i)
now,
perimeter of rectangle= 2(l+b)
=2(x+5+x-3)
=2(2x+2)
= 4x+4
putting value of x, = 4(15/2)+4
= 30 + 4 = 34 cm
so, perimeter of rectangle is 34 cm.
