so, side of square= 200m

Now area of square = area of rectangle

so, area of square= 200*200=40000

area of rectangle is also 40000

let breadth x

area of rectangle = length * breadth

40000= 200*x

X=40000/200

X=200

perimeter of rectangle = l*b

200*200=40000m
