length and breadth when increased by 2,

(x+2)(y+2)=xy+76

xy+2x+2y+4=76+xy

2x+2y=72

x+y=36 ............................i

when length increased by 3 and breadth decreased by 3,

(x+3)(y-3)=xy-21

xy-3x+3y-9=xy-21

3y-3x=  -12

x-y=4.............................ii

adding i and ii we get,

2x=40

x=20

y=16
