Given : Area of a rectangle = 102 cm²

Length = 17cm

To find : Perimeter

Solution :

First we will find the breadth by using the formula -

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

☛ 102 = 17 × breadth

☛ breadth = \dfrac{102}{17}

\boxed{\text{Breadth\:=\:6\:cm}}

Now, perimeter. To find perimeter of the rectangle, we will use the formula -

Perimeter = 2(length + breadth)

☛ Perimeter = 2(17 + 6)

☛ Permieter = 2(23)

\boxed{\boxed{\text{Perimeter\:=\:46\:cm}}}

Area=102sqcm

l=17 cm

Area of rectangle=l×b

102=17×b

102/17=b

b=6cm

Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

=2(17+6)

=46cml
