area = 2(l+b)

 \frac{14}{3}  = 2(x +  \frac{7}{6} ) \\  \frac{14}{3 \times 2}  =  \frac{6x + 7}{6}  \\  \frac{14}{6 }  =  \frac{6x + 7}{6}  \\ 14 = 6x+ 7 \\ 6x = 7 \\ x =  \frac{7}{6}
