Then length =(115x/100)met.

=x∗115x100=460

x^2=(460x100/115)

x^2=400

x=20

let the breadth be x cm .. so lenght is = 15% of x + x =23/20 area of rectangle = L × B 460=23/20. X x 460=23/20x2 x2 = 20/23×460. x2 =400. therefore x = 20. breathe is 20cm
