area of a rectangle =l×b
650=l×13
l=650/13=50 cm

perm=2 (l+b)
=2×(13+50)
=2×63
=126 cm

Given,

Area of rectangle =650 cm

Breadth of rectangle =13 cm

So in order to find the perimeter we also need the length of the rectangle [since p=2(l+b)]

So,

Area of rectangle=l×b

650=l×13

650/13=l

50=l

So now the perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

=2(50+13)

=2(63)

=126 cm

Hence the perimeter of given rectangle is 126 cm

Hope it helps...
