Given :

Area of Rectangle = 80cm²

Length of Rectangle = 10cm

To Find :

Perimeter Of Rectangle

Solution :

As in the question Area and length of Rectangle is given So firstly we will the breath of the rectangle by using the formula of area of rectangle Length × Breadth. After Finding the breath of rectangle we can easily find perimeter of Rectangle

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth

→ 80 = 10 × B

→ B = 80/10

→ B = 8cm

Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 (L +B)

→ 2 (10 + 8)

→ 2 × 18

→ 36cm

∴Perimeter of rectangle is 36cm

Given :

  • Area of Rectangle = 80cm²
  • Length of Rectangle = 10cm

 \\

To Find :

  • Perimeter of the Rectangle

 \\

Solution :

✰ As we know that, Perimeter of Rectangle is given by 2(Length + Breadth) now in this question area of rectangle and length of the rectangle are given, so firstly we will find the breadth of the rectangle by using the formula Length × Breadth as in the question Area of Rectangle is given. After finding the breadth of the rectangle we will use 2(Length + Breadth) to find the Perimeter of the Rectangle.

⠀⠀⠀⟼⠀⠀⠀Area = Length × Breadth

⠀⠀⠀⟼⠀⠀⠀Breadth = Area/Length

⠀⠀⠀⟼⠀⠀⠀Breadth = 80/10

⠀⠀⠀⟼⠀⠀⠀Breadth = 8cm

⠀⠀

Now,

⠀⟼⠀⠀Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)

⠀⟼⠀⠀Perimeter = 2(10 + 8)

⠀⟼⠀⠀Perimeter = 2 × 18

⠀⟼⠀⠀Perimeter = 36cm

Thus Perimeter of the Rectangle is 36cm
