The area of a rectangle is length X breadth. If the length of rectangle is 7.8 cm and it's breadth is 5.4 cm. Find it area in sq.cm.

  • the area of the rectangle

Solution :

➝ Let's find the area of the rectangle.

→ Area of a Rectangle = l × b

Here,

  • L = 7.8 cm
  • B = 5.4 cm

→ Area of a Rectangle = l × b

→ Area of a Rectangle = 7.8 × 5.4

→ Area of a Rectangle = 42.12

  • Therefore, the Area of the rectangle is 42.12 sq.cm.
