side of squre=s

area=s^2

for rectangle....

breadth=1.5s

length=20

area=l×b

3s^2=30s

s^2=10s

s^2-10s=0

s(s-10)=0

s=0 or s=10

s cant be 0

therefore....s=10cm

hope it helps
