area of square of side 9 cm is

Side × side

= 9 × 9 = 81 cm²

given,

area of square = area of rectangle.

=> l × b = 81

=> l × 3 = 81

=> l = 27 cm

therefore, perimeter = 2(l +b)

= 2(27 + 3)

= 60 cm Ans
