and breadth = y
( x + 1 ) ( y - 2 ) = x y + 12
y - 2 x = - 18 _________ ( i ) equation
( x - 3 ) ( y + 4 ) = x y + 12
4x - 3y = 24
on solving , we get
length = 15m
breadth = 12 m
