The area of a rectangle remains the same if the length is increased by 12m and the breadth is decreased by 16m. The area remains unaffected if the length is decreased by 6m and the breadth is increased by 32m. Find the dimensions of the rectangle.

-16x +12y= 192

-4x+3y= 48

xy= (x-6) (y+32)

32x -6y= 192

16x -3y= 96
