Let the Breadth be 'x', then Length would be 2x

Area of a rectangle = Lenght × Breadth

2x(x) = 578 \\ \\ {2x}^{2} = 578 \\ \\ {x}^{2} = \frac{578}{2} \\ \\ {x}^{2} = 289 \\ \\ x = \sqrt{289} \\ \\ x = 17m \: \: (breadth) \\ \\ 2x = 2 \times 17 = 34 \: m \: \: (length)

Hence, the Length of the rectangle is 34 meters and the Breadth of the rectangle is 17 meters.
