0.5 hectare = 10000/2 m² = 5000 m²
Given :
Area of rectangular field = 0.5 hectare (5000 m²)
One of the side = 125 m
Let the other side be x
We know that,
Area of rectangle = products of length and breadth

=> 5000 = 125 × x
=> 5000 = 125x
=> 5000/125 = x = 40
Hence,
The length of other side = 40 m
We know,
