area of rectangle =l*b
1400=70*b
1400/70=b
20=b
therefor width of the rectangle is 20m.

perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)
=2(70+20)
=2(90)
therefor perimeter of rectangle =180m

area=1400 sq.m
length=70 m
area=length*breadth
1400=70*b
b=20m
therefore breadth=20m
perimeter=2(length+breadth)
=2(70+20)
=2(90) =180
therefore perimeter=180m
hope this helps you mate..
