The area of a rectangular field is 1400 sq.m. If the length is 70 m, find the breadth and the perimeter of the rectangle

area =1400m*2
l=70m
b=1400÷70
=20m
perimeter =2(l+b)
=2(70+20)
=2(90)
=180m

SEE HERE....

GIVEN ;
L= 70 m
AREA = 1400 sq. m

AREA of rectangle is 1400 sq. m. = L × B

70 × B = 1400
B= 1400 / 70
B = 20 m

HENCE,

LENGTH = 70 m
BREADTH = 20 m

PERIMETER of rectangle = 2 (l+b)
2( 70 + 20 ) = 2 ( 90 )
= 180 m
