1 Acre = 4046.856 m^2
16.5 Acre = 66773.13 m^2
Area of rectangle = 66773.13 m^2 = l × 35m

Area = Length × Breadth
66773.13 = Length × 35
66773.13 ÷ 35 = Length
1907.80371428571 = Length

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 (l + b)
Perimeter = 2 (1907.80371428571 + 35)
= 2 × 1942.80371428571
= 3885.60742857142

Thus the perimeter of the rectangle is 3885.60742857142 metres.

Hope it helps!
