Let the breadth be x

so length = 2x

area of rectangle= length × breadth

2450=2x×x

2450=2x^2

x^2=1225

x=35 m

So breadth = 35 m

Length = 70 m

perimeter =2 (35+70)

=2×105

=210m

So perimeter of rectangleis 210 m

l=2b
l*b=2450
2b^2=2450
2b^2=2450
b^2=1225
b=35
l=2*35
l=70
perimeter=2(l+b)
=2(70+35)
2(105)
=210m
