Let the length be 2x and the breadth be x.
Area of the rectangular field=2450 m^2
Length*Breadth=2450
2x*x=2450
2x^2=2450
x^2=2450/2
x^2=1225
x=Square root of 1225
x=35
Therefore, length=70 m
Breadth=35 m
Perimeter=2(l+b)
=2*(70+35)
=2*105
=210 m
