Breadth = 50 m
therefore length = 4100/50 = 82 m 
perimeter = 2(l+b) = 2(50+82)= 264
therefore cost of fencing = 30*264 = Rs 7920

                             4100=l×50
                             l=4100÷50
                             l=82m
area to be fenced=2×(l+b)
                            =2×(82+50)
                            =2×132
                             =264m
cost of fencing=30×264
                       =7920rupees
