The area of a rectangular plot is 330 and its breadth i as 15 m findthe length of the plot and the cost of fencing it at the rate of 8.50 per meter

Now, we know that

So, the length of the rectangle is 22 m.

Now, we need to find cost of fencing.

So, perimeter = total circumference for fencing

Perimeter = 2(l+b)

Perimeter = 2(22+15)

Perimeter = 74 m

So, the total cost for fencing :

Cost = Perimeter × Rate

Cost = 74\times 8.50

Cost = Rupees 629

So, the cost of fencing will be 629 Rupees.
