the length of the plot will be 2x+1
As area of rectangle = l × b
so, 465 = x (2x + 1 ) = 2x^2 + x
so, 2x^2 + x - 465 = 0
so, 2x^2 - 30x + 31x - 465 = 0
so, 2x(x - 15) + 31(x - 15) =0
so, (x - 15)(2x + 31) =0
so, x = 15 ; and x = -31/2 ( neglected)
so, breadth = 15 m
length = 15×2 + 1 = 31 m
