Lets suppose Breadth = B meter
According to the qquestion,
Length,L = (2×B) + 1 meter

We know that area of a rectangular plot,A = L × B
=> A = (2B + 1) × B
=> 528 = 2 B^2 + B
=> 2 B^2 + B - 528 = 0
=> 2 B^2 + 33B - 32B - 528 = 0
=> B ( 2B + 33 ) - 16 ( 2B + 33 ) = 0
=> (B - 16) (2B + 33) = 0
=> B = 16 OR B = -33/2

BUT breadth of a plot can not be negative,
So Breadth = 16 meter
Length = 33 meter

Note- In the question,it is not clearly mentioned that area is in meter or kilometer,so I have supposed that area is 528 square meter.
