Where,

• L = Length of rectangle
• B = Breadth of rectangle

Putting all values :

➻ 900 = 45 × b

➻ 900 / 45 = b

➻ 20 = b

∴ Breadth of rectangular sheet is 20 cm.

Now we've :

• Area of rectangular sheet = 900 cm²
• Length of the sheet = 45 cm
• Breadth of the sheet = 20 cm

Putting all values in the formula : we get,

★ Area of rectangle = l × b ★
