Given:-

  • Area of a Rhombus and Parallelogram are equal.

  • Length of Diagonal of Rhombus are 18 cm and 15 cm.

To Find:-

  • Area of the Parallelogram

Formula Used:-

  • {\boxed{\bf{\red{Area\:of\: Rhombus= \dfrac{1}{2}\times Product\:of\:its\: Diagonal}}}}

Solution:-

Using Formula,

\sf :\implies\:Area\:of\: Rhombus= \dfrac{1}{2}\times Product\:of\:its\: Diagonal

\sf :\implies\:Area\:of\: Rhombus= \dfrac{1}{2}\times 18\times 15

\sf :\implies\:Area\:of\: Rhombus=9\times 15

\sf :\implies\:Area\:of\: Rhombus= 135\:cm^2

As given,

\sf :\implies\:Area \:of \:a \:Rhombus = Area \:of \: Parallelogram

So,

\sf :\implies\:Area\:of\: Parallelogram= 135\:cm^2

Hence, The Area of Parallelogram is 135cm².
