Solution:

Area of the rhombus = 102 cm²

Perimeter of the rhombus = 24 cm

No. of sides for a rhombus = 4

Length of each side = \dfrac{24}{4}

= 6 cm

Area of rhombus = Length x height

102 = 6 x height

Height = \dfrac{102}{6}

= 17 cm

Therefore

Length of each side = 6 cm

Height [Altitude] = 17 cm

Knowledge Bytes:

→ A rhombus is a parallelogram with equal sides.

→ We can find the area of a rhombus by using two formulas :

✳Length x Altitude

✳ 1/2 x d1 x d2

Where d1 and d2 denotes the two diagonals of a rhombus.
