Here is your answer.

Area of Rhombus is 120 sq.m
one Diagonal = 20 cm
Let other Diagonal is x

AS we know the formula

Area of Rhombus = 1/2 × (One Diagonal× other Diagonal)
120 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 20 \times x \\  \\ x =  \frac{120 \times 2}{20}  \\  \\ x = 12 \: cm
Therefore Other Diagonal is 12 cm

Area of rhombus =Product of its diagonals/2
120=(20×x)/2
20x=120×2=240
x=240/20=12cm
