area of rhombus =d1*d2/2
148.8=19.2*d2/2
148.8/19.2=d2/2
7.75=d2/2
7.75*2=d2
15.5=d2
length of other diagonal is 15.5cm

1/2(d×d,)=148.8
1/2(19.2×d,)=148.8
d,=15.5
the length of the other diagonal is 15.5
