area of rhombus=1/2*d1*d2

148.8=1/2*19.2*d2

d2=148.8*2/19.2

=148.8*2/19.2

1488*2/192*10/10

1488*2/192

=15.5cm

therefore length of the other diagonal is 15.5cm

hope its clear
