It is given that the perimeter of the rhombus is 340 cm.

From the properties of rhombus, we know :

Perimeter of rhombus = 4 x side

Now, comparing the given formula with the perimeter of rhombus.

= > 340 cm = 4 x side of rhombus

= > 340 / 4 cm = side of the

= > 85 cm

Also, from the properties of rhombus, we know :

Area of rhombus = side x altitude

In the question, area of the rhombus is 3485 cm².

Therefore,

= > 3485 cm² = 85 cm x altitude

= > 3485 / 85 cm = altitude

= > 41 cm = altitude.

Hence,
Length of the altitude of the rhombus is 41 cm.
