Area of a parallelogram = base × height

Since a rhombus is a parallelogram, its ara would also be base × height

Given height = 16cm

Area = 360cm²

=> 16 × base = 360

=> base = 360/16

=> base = 22.5cm

The base of the rhombus is its side.

So perimeter = 4 × side

=> Perimeter = 4 × 22.5

=> Perimeter = 90cm

Your answer is 90cm

Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️
