Answer:

Given

Area of rhombus = 42m²

One Diagnol = 12m

To find

Another(or 2nd) Diagnol

Solution

Let the length of 2nd Diagnol be a

Area of rhombus = 1/2× Diagnol 1 × Diagnol 2

42 = 1/2 × 12 × a (In the question area of rhombus and length of Diagnol 1 is given)

42 = 6 × a

42 = 6a

6a = 42

a = 42/6

a = 7

Therefore length of second Diagnol will be 7m

Hope it helps you.
