The area of a rhombus is 480

and one of the diagonal is 40cm. Find the other diagonal.

TO FIND :

2nd Diagonal

SOLUTION :

We know that

 \sf \: Area =  \frac{1}{2}   \times d_1 \times  d_2

Let the other Diagonal be y

 \sf \: 480 =   \dfrac{1}{2}  \times 40 \times y

 \sf \: 480 = 20 \times y

 \sf \dfrac{480}{20} = y

 \sf \: 24 = y
