Let the unknown diagonal be d1

=> 1/2 × d1 × d2 = Area

=> 1/2 × d1 × 16 = 80

Dividing 16 and 2 with 2

=> 1 × d1 × 8 = 80

=> d1 × 8 = 80

=> d1 = 80/8

=> d1 = 10
