84=1/2*12*d2
d2=84/6
d2=14cm

area of rhombus = 1/2 × (product of diagonals)
=> 84 cm² = 1/2 × 12 × x
=> 84 cm² = 6×x
=> 84/6 = x
=> 14 cm = x
